Each quarter, we release a newsletter to our students covering the things that are going on in Ho Shin Do Karate. We also feature short articles written by our instructors and students on various aspects of karate, testing results, seminars, or to expand on experiences from the dojo so that students have another opportunity to reflect on lessons.
